- eighten months is the maximum period for returning the investment into renovation work and commission for the real estate agent and the building contractor – at their own risk;
- following the maximum eighten months the owner reclaims the renovated premises; the furnishing that were put in can be purchased by the owner or returned; our Agency retains exclusive rights to provide rental tenants in the future in line with the general principles.
